Media Founder and Emmy-Nominated Producer To Join Rumble’s Board of Directors After the Closing of its Definitive Business Combination Agreement with CFVI.
Toronto, Canada, July 12, 2022 — Rumble is pleased to announce the nomination of Nancy Armstrong, an experienced media executive, Emmy-nominated producer, and the founder/executive producer of Happy Warrior Media, to serve on the Company’s board of directors after the closing of its definitive business combination agreement with CFVI.

Ms. Armstrong began her career in media at Ogilvy, Inc. in New York City, after getting her master’s degree in media and communications.
